Mary C. Huff
Mary C. Huff is a graduate of the American University Washington College of Law, where she was an editor for the American Jurist, a staff writer for The Modern American, a student attorney in the Women and the Law Clinic, and volunteered as a domestic violence intake counselor in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Ms. Huff received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining Delaney McKinney LLP, Ms. Huff practiced domestic relations and general civil litigation in Northern Virginia. Ms. Huff has been named a Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 and 2016, and a District of Columbia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017. Ms. Huff is an active member of the Fairfax County Bar Association, currently serving as the Family Law Section Co-Chair and as a Board Member for the Young Lawyers Section.
Ms. Huff also serves as a mentor for the Northern Virginia Pro Bono Law Center. Ms. Huff is also a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and the Montgomery County Bar Association. Ms. Huff concentrates her practice in the area of Family Law in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.
